So I have been on weight watchers (old style points) for 5 months now and have so far lost 3 1/2 stone. My starting weight was 22st 12lb, and I am now a very slightly healthier 19st 5lb.
I still have a long way to go, and I know WW plus lots of excercise will keep me on the right path.
I would like to be a 14 by Sept, which is only 2 dress sizes away now, but will just have to wait and see what happens :)
So below I have a before and after pic of when I first started the plan, and then last week (end feb) It's deffinately not the sexiest pic in the world, but you get the idea. I really hope by doing this tiny blog, it will help at least one person by showing them that anyone can lose wight, you just need to want to do it, otherwise you will fail. I don't want to sound harsh, but I have given up so many times, I know what I'm talking about. It needs to be a decision you make for yourself, and you need to be ready to accept it will be hard. But the results are well worth it :)
